Amazing stay in Lienz , the staff are friendly, welcoming and looking for your comfort. Room are large and the beds are comfortable We had dinner at the restaurant, I loved everything they presented and staff also friendly. Breakfast great especially with freshly baked croissants and pastries, they serve egg according to your request, the staff are nice since the offered chicken mortadella when we discovered that one is pork and we don't eat it and they prepared it next day They have spa but i didn't tried it due shortage of time I highly recommend this hotel

Everything about this location is exceptional! Starting with the staff who were extremely nice and helpful with a great spirit and joy, amenities and facilities, gourmet food, the Feuerbar which organized on the Easter week-end an amazing BBQ. Spa facilities were great and with high services and treatments. You could feel that this business is run with the love for the team, property and customers!

This family-run hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the door, I was welcomed with such genuine warmth. The attention to detail in every corner of the hotel reflects their passion and pride. The personalised service, delicious meals - like super tasty- and thoughtful little touches- made our stay unforgettable. The reception staff gave good advice regarding Skiing within walking distance of a few bus points. Also, as a family hotel, they allow children to be children; we loved the family pool area and relaxing afternoon cakes and teas. The hotel staff displayed all-around kindness and care, and we had a 5-day stay - this was seen as consistent and genuine... I could go on complimenting this hotel and its staff ... LOVED IT !!! I am hoping to return>>>
