Very mordam hotel with modern facilities. I liked the cleanliness of the hotel in all areas. Our room was super clean with an extremely comfortable bed. . Bathroom amenities were high-end with a clean 👌 touch of detail. Big thanks to the housekeeping team. Our continental breakfast was amazing & delicious. Kylie, the restaurant manager, & her entire team were very friendly. The Hotel GM spent some of his precious time speaking with me & my family, which was very respectful of him. He is a great man with a great wealth of knowledge. The check-in process was seamlessly smooth, & so was our check-out. The place, I mean cellar door, Sisters Rock restaurant and the chalet are all nice and with excellent view for the surrounding countryside. Everything is a little bit pricey, but on the other hand carefully designed and serviced. It is affordable luxury. Would like to visit again, but then for 2 nights. The kitchen was better than in the description, it is true that there was neither hot plates nor oven. But there was a outdoor barbeque and a "funny" electrical cooker with a lid. The coffee machine was a miniature version of the traditional coffeeshop espresso-machines - I made really nice cappucino with it. The style of the Sisters Rock restaurant was fine-dining and we enjoyed excellent meal. I can recommend, if you like fine dining style
