People who run the place are very nice, kind and helped us with everything. Amazing breakfast! And I liked that we were encouraged to take with us what we haven’t finished to eat later, because the food was great and it should not be wasted. The place itself is very warm and cosy, and had everything we needed. And it’s located in a very quiet area, no noise has bothered us neither at night and during the day.

This was the fourth time we spent time at Kasteelhoeve de Kerckhem. The place is magical, like stepping into another world. We ate at the property, in the beautiful kitchen, and the food came straight out of the garden and was just mindblowing. Nothing beats top quality and freshness of ingredients. To be quite honest, it was better than the food in many starred restaurants. Everything was perfect.

Superb rooms and apartments (we saw one of each as we were with friends). You have to be ok with climbing stairs. Very clean and comfy. Nice efficient restaurant. Good parking (free). Complimentary sweets are a very nice touch! A sugar plant is prominent in town.
