Staying at Hotel Fiescherblick was one of the highlights of our whole trip. The staff truly made us feel like a part of their family from the moment we walked in the door; owners Lars and Matthias went above and beyond to help us book activities, plan our itinerary, and offer gestures that really made us feel welcome. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern and in an incredibly picturesque location in the center of town, surrounded by breathtaking mountains right outside the doorstep. The hotel restaurant also served one of the best meals we had on our trip. Staying here is a very special experience and we'll definitely be back!

Experience of staying here is something you will remember for your life, you get to experience Grindelwald first like a VIP as all tourists leave and you get the complete space for your experience… people who fear the cost of Gandola ride please don’t think much it’s totally worth it….you will regret not staying here if you knew the experience !! The staff over here are exceptional. My biggest thanks to Simona working there. She was the best and made the whole experience of staying there wonderful. She makes sure that every person who stays there is having a good time. She takes care of everyone like a family and speaks with warmth. If the management is reading this you should really appreciate her personally. She was excellent. Also excellent ladies at the reception. They are so welcoming and kind. This is what I look for in a perfect hotel.

The room was exactly the same as the pictures on the site. Greetings when arriving were friendly and informative. The room and bathroom were spotless. The breakfast had a nice selection of fruits, cereals, meats, cheeses and breads. The location close to the train station is very convenient for arrival and departure.
