We had a fantastic stay at Exotica Hotel Zakynthos. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located, but what really made our experience memorable was the service. The room was spacious and modern. The food was delicious and there was an excellent variety including local Greek specialties. A special thank you goes to Mary at the front desk who was absolutely wonderful – friendly, always smiling, attentive, and always going out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. She truly made us feel at home. Highly recommend this hotel and especially grateful for Mary and all the staff at Exotica for their amazing hospitality!

The first thing that impressed me was the impeccable cleanliness throughout the property. From the reception area to the rooms, everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, the facilities are in excellent condition.
