The place has a very homey atmosphere, it’s not a very big hotel, the staff is very kind, ready to help, professional regarding any requests. The facility is quite much oriented towards kids: baby beds, baby bath, food in the restaurant including plastic plates and spoons, baby chairs. The restaurant is in general a very strong feature of this hotel it has wonderful buffets for both breakfast and dinner, very versatile selection and very nicely cooked everything. no problem to be vegetarian, gluten intolerant or lactose sensitive, they have selection for everybody!!! The combination of price/quality is perfect, especially taking into the consideration the inflation and the times we are living through now. So thanks to everybody for being on top of that!

The location was good, we had lake view from the balcony... 15 minutes by foot to the centre. Room was comfortable and clean. Wellness was great for little baby (small pool and big jazzuci, big pool was too cold) and there was no crowd.

Close to the lake Balaton,close to the shops, close to the restaurant. Fenced off playground, very safe pin locked gates. We've had our apartment on ground floor so was easy to unpack /pack through the glass door. There was like a small "terrace "with chairs and table outside for our own use. Annexe sleeping for kids was great adventure, there was air con available but we haven't used it. Quiet and clean all round. Owner quickly responding to messages.
