The hotel is excellent. The staff member informed me that my room had been upgraded, but I was surprised to find that the new room was actually smaller and not like the one I originally booked. I went back to the reception, and they kindly changed it again to a much more spacious room with a sea view, which I appreciated.

Valentina and the staff were all very welcoming, and the place has a cosy family vibe. Guests were mainly families enjoying the day by the pool.
