Staff incredibly friendly, really lovely spacious room with incredible kingsize bed, rainfall shower, large tv. Really ample parking, not far from train station and there’s shuttles should you need it.

My stay at Ritz Carlton Nikko was simply fantastic. Put a tremendously passionate, dedicated group of people through a world-class Ritz Carlton hospitality training program and you get service that's nothing short of perfection. The hotel grounds are absolutely beautiful, it's facilities (both spa and public onsen) were amazing, and food was thoughtful, delicious, and wholesome. My wife and I could not have asked for more and yearn to be back in the, hopefully, near future.

Hotel & facilities were superb from the breakfast & dinner buffets through to the indoor / outdoor rooftop spa. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Free drinks, including alcohol, soft drinks, coffee, ice creams & snacks was also a very nice touch.
