Amazing friendly nature from the staff and a very keen attitude to make the guests feel very welcome and comfortable. The restaurants were amazing. We checked in very late, at 2 am. The staff was considerate and let us check out later than noon. There was 24-hour food ordering for room service. The bed was so comfortable. The aircon was cool enough. The hotel was conveniently located, only 4 minute walk to Queensbay Mall.
