The staff was very nice at the reception. The two ladies that were there to greet us were outstanding, I feel bad I did not get remember their names (one with the glasses and the other had blind bleached hair). They were at check in on Thursday July 27th in the aftn. I hope they get recognized by management as they were simply amazing. In addition, being from North America, we could not charge our electronics, but they called someone to bring the converter the next morning. The spa area is nice as well. I have no complains at all. Everything was as described, spaceous apartment, clean. Pool clean and enough for all the guests. We were there with teens, they enjoyed it! Location was perfect for us as not in the hustle and bustle of centre but close enough. 10-15min walk but there are closer food shops. Staff very helpful, a big shout out to Ljubica, thank you for all your help. Other girls were nice too, Tamara and the other lady (sorry don't know your name) All in all great, would highly recommend and return.
