We arrived at the hotel and were greeted very warmly and parked the car in the garage. For dinner, a table with our names was waiting for us - this is very nice because you understand that they were waiting for you. The cuisine is wonderful - everything is exquisite and delicious. After dinner, we heard music and went to the bar. There was a man with a very pleasant voice singing and playing. There were couples in love around, a fireplace was burning and the atmosphere was warm and magical. In the morning we tried breakfast. A good choice for all tastes. There is even sturgeon caviar for gourmets. We also visited the pool. We had a very good swim. There is a sauna. Wonderful recreation areas near the pool. There are lemonades everywhere to quench your thirst. So 1. Perfect cleanliness. The hotel is super new. Interesting locations, panoramic view, new design. 2. A very young team works. Thank you to the owner that gives young people a chance to have a job! Everyone is very polite. Everyone who works there, I will say again - thanks to your work, your smiles, you create an atmosphere of rest and relaxation for us. Thank you for this! 3. Special thanks for the fabulous sweet table with dozens of sweets. We were stunned by the number of cakes. 4. When leaving, we were given panettone for the road - a small gift, but looking at it, I keep the memory of a great vacation. We will definitely come back to you and will be happy to recommend you to others. Thank you.

The hotel is new, and it shows everywhere from the restaurant and bar downstairs to the hallways leading to the rooms and the rooms and suits everything smells and feels new and crisp. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests we made, so the level of customer service and hospitality is at par with a hotel of this rating. Also, kudos to the cleaning staff who did an amazing good of turning the room back to its neat original condition every day and the level of detail in doing their job. The location is very central 10 min walk to the commercial district with all the shops and cafes and museums. The suite we stayed at was clean, spacious, with a mini bar and fridge full of complementary goodies. The bathroom had all the amenities you would expect. The breakfast was really good with a good selection of cold spreads, salads, yogourts, breads, and an egg station for your favourite egg style with an extensive bar for drinks including fresh juieces and champagne for those who would like to start the day on a higher note :)

Nice room, the staff was very helpful, location a bit out of the Altstadt (old town), but it is very convenient on public transport with the bus R just a few minutes. Renting the bikes is also good option, the nearest station is just around the corner.
