Our group of friends stayed in three rooms (one with a small dog) and had a wonderful experience. The location is great, with a fun little nigthlife on Saturday night in addition to hiking, skiing and spa. The spa was recently renovated, super clean, and well maintained. I enjoyed a relaxing massage. Our room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and beautiful views. Breakfast was excellent – eggs, waffles, and pastries were all great, so was the dinner – I had a perfectly cooked steak. Parking was easy, and I was able to charge my car without any issues. The apartment has absolutely everything I need. I love how close it is to the Hochjoch bahn and there are small conveniences offered like wine for sale in the reception lobby and a bread delivery service in the mornings. Just be sure to book the apartments! The double rooms are tiny and not worth the price.

The personnel was accessible, attentive and helpful at any time. For example, I had a small incident where I hit and bruised my leg while exercising. I approached a lady in the reception, who immediately helped me by providing me a bag of ice.
