The 5-star Swissotel Sarajevo offers contemporary designed rooms, ideally located 1.8 km from Latin bridge and 2.1 km from Bascarsija Street. The staff were accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the adjoining SCC shopping mall had great food options. The pool and sauna were also amazing.

Excellent service from staff, hearty breakfast spread with warm dishes of 6 different kinds of eggs including Turkish menenen. Great location just minutes walk to old town and the cute street of teahouse.

Absolutely clean, quiet, and comfortable hotel. Very nice staff too. When I say "quiet," it comes from someone who lives in Switzerland. I got room 207, which faces the courtyard and top floor. Will surely go back again if I visit Sarajevo again
