We went to the resort in May and it was very peaceful and quiet, we basically had the whole common pool for ourselves. The staff and local people in the area were amazing, incredibly welcoming and kind. We fell in love with the people of Bintan. The food at the hotel restaurant Azura is really tasty, especially the smoothies. We drank those all day everyday! We also booked a tour from the hotel and it was really nice!

El Cassia Bintan, part of Banyan Group se encuentra en Lagoi, a 44 km de Desaru, y ofrece un alojamiento acogedor y de colores vivos. The beach is awesome, a patch of paradise. Kudos to Cassia as they also run a turtle rescue program and have a nursery on the premises. Excellent initiative!. The beach has still a reef nearby, with many fishes minding their own business down there. Beautiful!

Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG se encuentra en Lagoi, a 5 min a pie de Playa de Lagoi, y ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, centro de fitness y jardín.... It is more a family hotel; most of the guests came with their kids. Food was good, particularly the buffet option. Their staff was very kind and helpful. The massage facility was excellent.
