Service is impeccable. New luxurious hotel set in a gated resort area with several high end hotels. Very Zen and stunningly beautiful place with amazing lighting of the ground and elaborate pool areas. The pool areas a superbly layed out as too the beach area.

Facing the beachfront, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay offers 4-star accommodation in Lagoi and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. Modern and clean hotel, comfortable room and beds. Nice big area with many pools, pool chairs and the sea a little walk out. Cabana king terrace is open air so no shelter if it rains, but nice to lounge there and enjoy the sea breeze otherwise. Food is not too expensive compared to other resorts. Crackers and sambal that came with the food was a nice touch. Breakfast is good and wide variety. Service is very good, all the staff are very helpful and friendly. There's also a plaza nearby to get things from the convenience store.

Boasting cosy and bright-coloured living space, Cassia Bintan, part of Banyan Group is located in Lagoi, 44 km from Desaru. Wonderful stay! A very recommended choice of resort in Bintan. We booked a garden view 2-bedroom apartment. It was lovely, overlooking the beach of Lagoi. Food was amazing and the staff were all sincere and nice.

Το Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach by IHG βρίσκεται σε Lagoi, σε απόσταση 500μ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Παραλία Lagoi και παρέχει καταλύματα με εξωτερική πισίνα, δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο... It is more a family hotel; most of the guests came with their kids. Food was good, particularly the buffet option. Their staff was very kind and helpful. The massage facility was excellent.
