New facilities had been installed in the kitchen, bathroom, and restroom, making them easy to use and very comfortable. Lying in the hammock on the terrace was especially pleasant, with a gentle breeze that provided a perfect relaxation time. The surrounding area was quiet, and we enjoyed peaceful evening and morning. The host was also very kind, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth.

What a beautiful hotel. The hotel design is gorgeous- everything so well thought. The staff are welcoming, helpful and efficient. The location was perfect- right by the park. The views from the lobby (on the 24th floor) and rooms are spectacular. The hotel is also connected to a fabulous mall which makes everything from finding a convenience store to a restaurant or cafe super easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone looking to visit Nagoya.

This hotel chain is the best, you get all you need in a compact comfy room. That specific one in Nagoya looked new, well maintained, very clean, with comfy beds and all the amenities you need. We even had an LG Styler in the room! The location was perfect for us, and we loved the option for Netflix.
