Lovely spacious rooms, helpful kind staff, Meals were well prepared and the afternoon tea on check in was a lovely touch. View from room and outdoor bath was stunning, so special. Staff very helpful when we needed extra help to contact local onsen, they were so kind and called ahead for us so we could keep our booking on very short notice.

The on-site private onsen was great! The rooms were very large. The location was very close to all the main attractions. Staff were very friendly and informative.

Featuring 3-star accommodation, Hotel Coco Grand is set in Takasaki, 28 km from Usui Pass Railway Heritage Park and 49 km from Kumagaya Rugby Stadium. The hotel very near to Takasaki station and we can walk through the sky bridge from the station direct to hotel. Very safe area and plenty of shopping store also department store, easy to find something to eat even late at night. Hotel so clean and staffs very friendly and helpful. My room is big enough. Would recommend to other friends

Located within a 5-minute walk from JR Takasaki Train Station, Hotel 1-2-3 Takasaki offers accommodations with free wired internet access. There was Ladies only floor with security door. I felt safe and comfortable. It was very near from the train station. The breakfast was nice too.

Situated 35 km from Usui Pass Railway Heritage Park, 19 km from Ishidan-gai Steps and 2.5 km from Lunar Park, GUNPAKUMaebashi provides accommodation set in Sōsha. Phenomenal place for the money we paid (5 people in total, around 4k¥ per person), if we could have, we would have stayed longer. If the price doesn't increase too much over the coming years, there is no reason not to recommend this place. Easy to book, fantastic place (3 separate bedrooms, each with 2 beds), great and big dining and cooking area and even an adjacent living room. If you are in the area, go for it. Heads-up though: we had rented a car (parking space is available, more than enough), so I can't judge public transportation in this case.

Located in Nakanojo, 37 km from Ishidan-gai Steps, Onsen Glamping ShimaBlue provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. Guests can enjoy river views. We enjoyed a relaxing night at ShimaBlue. We are a family of four with two teenage children and whilst it was tight, we enjoyed some relaxing time in nature. The ONSEN on the deck was the highlight. There is not much to do In the small town so this is a great place if you need a rest! The BBQ dinner was amazing (note you do cook for yourself).
