The hotel located along the Oito Line that was accessible by car or taxi from Shinano-Matsukawa, Kita-Hosono or Hosono station. We had multiple email and message communications with the owners. Atsu responded to reassure that our commute concern would be solved. He would pick us up and drop off at Hosono station. The price of the hotel was very affordable and could walk to train station if having no luggage. Atsu was very accommodating to our trip plan change. He was thoughtful to drop us to the Shinano-Matsukawa station that the waiting area was warmer & was in town. Guest rooms were on the 2nd floor of a Curry Restaurant. Atsu helped carrying the suitcase up to the room & brought us furniture that we needed. He was also the chef of the restaurant. The food was yummy. We highly recommended this

Iin the last 40 years I have visited over a dozen ryokans. This is by far the best. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Splendid accommodation. Beautiful surroundings. Perfect location. First class meals.

Το Tsutaya Tokinoyado Kazari διαθέτει δωρεάν ποδήλατα, κήπο, βεράντα και μπαρ, στον προορισμό Kiso. Everything, the hotel itself is beautiful, the surrounding area is very picturesque and quiet. The food is managing and the staff is extremely nice and polite. One of the best hotels I stayed at.

Location near Happo, convenient store & Echo Base camp about 200m. Room quite spacious for 4 of us. Sound proof. Friendly & kind staff. Helped us with luggage. Delicious breakfast with several choices. Fresh oranges & apples are great. Shuttles to Happo & Hakuba 47 every morning. Nice place to walk around and many cafes nearby. Heater were helpful at winter.

They are incredibly nice, speak English very well, and my mum is a vegetarian and the chef there are able to prepare it for her. She was totally in love it! If I have the chance, I'll definitely going to visit this place again!

This is the place you won’t find anywhere else. There is private open-air onsen bathtub and it is just perfect. It was snowing when we stayed, which added to the ambiance. Food was also great. They use lots of local ingredients and arranged them in such a beautiful way. It was a wonderful experience, so much better than we expected. Definitely highly recommended.

Hakuba Tokyu Hotel is an 8-minute drive from JR Hakuba Station and a 3-minute drive from Happo-One Bus Terminal. A free 2-way shuttle to both destinations is provided upon prior reservation. Thanks to the staff for being patient with me 😊

Το Sakaeya βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της περιοχής με τις ιαματικές πηγές Shibu, σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών οδικώς από το σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό Yudanaka και προσφέρει καταλύματα ιαπωνικού στιλ. Having the private onsen bath was a highlight of this room. The dinner was exquisite with fresh seafood and could cater for different diets. Breakfast was another feast, had trouble finishing all the food! This place has access key to the 9 Shibu onsen, so was a lot of fun going around in yukatas and trying them out. And the ryokan has their own public baths for guests as well. Communication with staff beforehand was quick and helpfu and so attentive during our stay. They helped arrange shuttle to snow monkey park and back to Yudanaka train station for a fee. 4 adults, 2 on twin beds and 2 on futon beds and several drinks provided in mini fridge. Very luxurious ryokan stay and were lucky to get the first snow near the end of Nov!
