The was the probably one of the best resort’s we stayed ! Everything was absolutely perfect. We booked water villa but instead we had a chance to stay first night in two bedrooms beach villa and got upgraded latter to water villa with pool . They welcomed us with bottle of champagne and cake’s. Staff is amazing and very attentive, special thanks to our butler Lima who was always making sure that we have restaurants reserved for dinner, which are Ala carte and not usual buffet experience like in other resorts. Food was tasty and selection of wine good. We specially liked personalized visit from Chef while having dinner in thai restaurant “East”who explained all courses and nature of ingredients used . This is really 5 star experience . Our butler booked us complementary yoga class and got a us a bicycles to move around resorts with our name on it ! This is beautiful and luxury resort but what made it more special is smiling faces , polite staff and feeling of personalized service from day to night. Oh , forgot to mention that our departure flight was very late at night and management allowed us do very lateeeee check out :) Ones again it was above expectations. We will definitely come back . Our 3rd visit in 3 years and just as a wonderful and perfect. Had the pleasure to visit several resorts and if want small, quiet and serene even in high season (but utterly special in lower density mid seasons), 30 min transfer from Male on sea plane and 5 min boat, limited kid noise given no kids club, amazing house reefs for snorkelling, first class eurodiver operation with 6/7 of the best dive sites in the Maldives within 45mins on a great boat with a truly great team, world class food and spa, a personal expression by the local Maldivian owner with genuinely first class personal management and service teams, there is no need to spend €1k plus per day at the busy and hyped brand resorts when this individual and perfect offering exists. We extended 6 days after 2 weeks to enjoy a little more…family feel and way they treat their staff means the service you receive is just sublime. Over water villas are just lovely and beach are quieter, do both if you can. Thank you Nazeer, Fira, Basil, rest of bar and restaurant teams, gardening team, Dora, Sajeith, boat crews and for making this our truly special home from home.

Simply enjoy and relax! It is amazing: it felt like home! We were always welcomed so warm heartedly that we felt like staying at our family or best friends - here on Guhli island! We miss them already! Thanks a million! The hotel is so clean, food is absolutely delicious and we enjoyed so much dining outside with our feet in the sand and simply enjoy and relax. Did I mention that team is exceptional?! We were surprised by them every day! Our room was lovely: friendly and bright with big windows that allow wonderful views to the ocean, sunrise and sunset. We had our own balcony but you can also use their big terrace. We were all the day at the beach and really loved the beach beds reserved for Avyanna’s guests & softest beach towels, too. (It is just a 3 minutes’ walk in the sand to get to the lovely lagune.) Bring your snorkeling set, be prepared to swim for a while crossing the wide flat area to get to the reef slope. You will be remunerated by a beautiful reef where you will see millions of fishes! Sometimes WLan in the room was not working and we came down to the inviting lobby. A good moment to enjoy the delicious, freshly made fruit juices! We highly recommend to do a private tour with Avyannas’ tour operator Shabi to see the turtles naturally eating sea weed in a lagune of another island. Shabi is the most wonderful tour guide - extremely lovely & cool with kids and interested in sustainability. We had so much fun! Plus he is a blessed free diver and photographer and awaits you under water to capture you and the colorful under water world and its creatures: so we got amazing videos and pictures - memories for a life time & and real fun! Thank you! We had dreamlike holidays thanks to the Avyanna team!
