The Antigua Casona San Blas is a family-owned and operated boutique hotel in the historic center of Cusco with 50 rooms. We loved everything! The hotel itself, the sitting spaces in the garden, the restaurant was amazing, the food was great, the staff were excellent. The room was beautiful!!! It was a great experience all around! Highly recommend!!

Just 8 minutes drive from the Velasco Astete Airport, the Sonesta Hotel Cusco is less than 1 km from the city centre. All rooms feature a mountain or city view. excellent standard of room, clean and comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff, ideally located. the room had tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge to store water and drinks which we found very useful. Great cuisine including Peruvian dishes, and a small To-Go coffee shop which was very convenient. overall I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cusco.

Offering inner courtyard views, Casa Agustina is an accommodation set in Cusco, less than 1 km from Cusco Main Square and a 14-minute walk from Religious Art Museum. Great location, tasty breakfast, helpful and supernice host helped us with everything. The room is quite big and comfortable. If You ask for a heater it will be arranged for You. We loved the hosts!

Set in Ollantaytambo, 21 km from Bus Station, Las Qolqas EcoResort Ollantaytambo offers accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. The photos and descriptions don’t do this place justice. Located in a quiet valley half an hour’s walk (or a short drive) from Ollantaytambo the Las Qolqas Eco Resort by far exceeded our expectations. The friendly and helpful staff helped us with all our questions and requests, alongside the manager and the owner of the hotel. They also recommended a Machu Picchu guide for us (Porfirio - charming and very knowledgeable) and helped us with transportation to and from the train station to get to Machu Picchu (included in our room rate). The food on site is excellent, as are the drinks. There are fireplaces in each cabin which they’ll light for you at your request. You can admire hummingbirds from the comfy chairs on your veranda while you can hear the birds chirp and the sounds of the nearby river. We also did a lovely 2hr hike (each way) on an Inka Trail to the nearby Pumamarca Ruins which was amazing and we didn’t see any other tourists the whole way - a great way you get away from the masses. Las Qolqas was easily our favourite place we stayed at in Peru.
