Located within 1 km of Åre Train Station and 1 km of Åre Torg in Åre, Mårtenlien Ski in Ski Out VM8 offers accommodation with seating area. We visited Åre for a week to ski in early April. The hosts were very flexible with the arrival time and communication was easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well equiped for home cooked meals. Remember to bring your own linens but you can also rent them from the host. MårtenLiens Gård is a walking distance away from the VM8 ski lift but unfortunately for us, there was no snow in the valley so we coudn't ski-in/ski-out. It is also a walking distance away from the the town with all the shops and restaurants. We had a rental car so having a car park was great.

Located in the centre of Åre ski resort, Holiday Club Åre offers rooms with free WiFi access and views of Åreskuten Mountain or Lake Åre. Nice hotel with a nice view in a good location. Room was clean.😊 The swimming pool area should be renovated. Breakfast is weak, a litle chose for hot food.

Vålådalens Fjällstation is located 100 metres from the ski lifts to Vålådalen Ski Area and 50 metres to cross country tracks. Beautiful location with wonderful staff and great service. I will most definitely visit again.

Situated in Edsåsdalen and with Åre Train Station reachable within 21 km, Renfjällsgården features free bikes, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a shared lounge. It was located in a nice location and near Åre. It was clean and fresh. Good for cosy and quality family time if you have limited budget or don't want to spend a lot of time in front of hotel TV's or on the phone (no internet in rooms).
