We had a pick-up arranged and had a comfortable ride to the hotel. The personel from the driver, reception desk, buffett workers to the spa ladies were incredibly nice and helpful. The room was clean, they had useful amenities like dental set, razor kit, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had a wide selection of delicious food. The spa treatments had a good quality. The entire stay was really pleasant.

The location is very accessible. You can walk around Old Quarter and get back without being lost. The hotel staff is amazing! I told them this was a solo birthday trip and Ms. Anna and all staff surprised me with a cake (I actually cried happy tears inside my room). Everyone is approachable and kind. You can ask them recommendations and other things to do. They have a decent breakfast buffet and I enjoyed the food offerings. I took a risk when booking the hotel since I love going solo trips but no disappointment at all. It was worth it. I will surely stay in Chic Boutique again. See you soon and thank you so much!
