The place was exactly what we were looking for: a peaceful spot, surrounded by nature, frequented and run by TOP people! Our tent was perfect – two fans for the night, mosquito nets, and a beautiful outdoor area with personal chairs and table. Bathrooms were good, and the shared spaces were very well designed. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. Tommy, the host, is exceptional – we felt totally at ease with him and his whole team, who were incredibly attentive with our 7-year-old rascal :) Since we come to Sri Lanka almost every year, we’ll definitely be coming back to Delft Village Stay!

The room was so nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious and we could choose exactly what we wanted to eat the day before. The staff was kind and helpful. It's an old house with a gentle renovation so the spirit of the history was preserved in a beautiful way. All in all we had a wonderful time at Thambu Illam.

Tony is an easy going dude, always in good mude and able to help in any meaning, thanks for the important Tamil clases, now I am more complete person.

Allens home stay está en Jaffna, a 7 min a pie de Templo Nallur Kandaswamy y a 1,5 km de Jaffna Railway Station. We traveled around Sri Lanka and of all the places we stayed at, we enjoyed Allen's the most. All worked as described, Allen was ready to help with anything, breakfasts were tasteful and fruit-ful, even wifi worked well (very uncommon during the majority of our other stays). Plus the place is clean and has a cool and laid-back vibe and Allen is a kind host. Fully recommended! Thank you, Allen!

The Thinnai Hotel - Jaffna se encuentra en Jaffna, a 12 min a pie de Templo Nallur Kandaswamy, y ofrece alojamiento con piscina al aire libre, parking privado gratis, centro de fitness y jardín. Our room was fantastic. We had a living room area with a big TV and good English channels. There is a large fridge to keep your drinks and snacks cold. A table with 2 chairs for sitting at if working or to use for making coffee or tea with the kettle and mugs provided. A separate bedroom with a large king bed was super comfortable. The mattress was not too hard and the linen was pure cotton. A light duvet is perfect for the temperature. The pillows were 2 per person, 1 king and 1 normal and also so comfortable. We had a good-sized cupboard to hang our clothes, a safe, and an ironing board. The bathroom was en-suite with a good, hot shower, toilet, and basin. The bedroom opened up onto a backyard patio with comfortable benches to sit on if you wanted to be outside but still at your room. The aircon in both the living room and bedroom worked perfectly. They also provide a large umbrella for your use. The swimming pool is lovely, with deck chairs, soft cushions, and shade provided. They also give you swimming pool towels. There is a good-sized gym which we did not use but it looked fully stocked with all the necessary equipment. We ordered room service a few times and the service and food were very good. The actual dining room is fantastic and we enjoyed an evening feasting on a Sri Lankan buffet with loads of different dishes. The staff were all amazing and so helpful. We were able to park our car on the premises where a full-time guard is stationed. They even washed the car for us. It was sad to say goodbye but we loved our stay here in Jaffna.

Communication was excellent, always willing to help as we agreed to pay in british pounds was easy for us also help me to use pick me app safe us lot of money.

It's a beautiful place, the host is really lovely and caring. They even arrange pick up if needed. We got a welcome drink, drinking water was provided, and the host gave us many recommendations for where to get food and what to do in the area.

They communicated well even before arrival and made sure there is no waiting for key collection, everything went smooth in a timely manner. It was such a peaceful stay after my rushed island tour. The garden and overall environment were wonderfully calm and quiet, allowing me to unwind completely and elevating my entire holiday experience. The Chapters was impeccably clean, and the staff were exceptionally accommodating.
