We had a fabulous experience at voco Auckland! The staff were absolutely wonderful and made our stay extra special as it was my birthday celebration. On our two separate stays, we were given beautiful rooms—one overlooking the harbour and another with a stunning bay view of the Sky Tower. Both rooms were modern, spotless, and perfectly sized for a couple. A thoughtful gesture was the sweet treats sent up for my birthday, which truly made me feel celebrated. The restaurant, Mozzarella & Co., offered delicious food, and the servers were attentive and warm throughout. Every day of our stay was enjoyable, and the location of the hotel is just perfect—right in a prime spot and very well maintained. Despite our early morning arrival, we were kindly allowed to check in before the standard time, which we greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service and hospitality. We loved every moment and will definitely be returning on our next visit to Auckland!

Is all starts of the location and the lovely neighborhood. So close to the marine that you can feel the ocean breeze. All the retro decor in the room were really beautiful and gives us this comfy atmosphere. Full of big windows, that let lots of Sun come in. The bed is extremely comfortable, make you sleep like in heavens. All the staff very kind and ready to assist you with whatever you need. Just loved my stay that I’ve extended some more nights.

Beautiful hotel easily accessible to Auckland CBD. Gorgeous decor, art work, excellent food and friendly helpful staff. The staff went above and beyond to help us recover left valuables and arranged to send them to us in the South Island. Highly recommend!

Day or night the harbour is stunning. The food is exceptional, breakfast, lunch or dinner. The rooms immaculate and house keeping was of a high standard. We felt very well looked after and the staff were friendly with an attitude that nothing was ever too much trouble.
