Brand new building (I think from 2023). Simple rooms with everything you need. New furniture, floor heating, good windows, private parking. I will definitely repeat the visit.

Devetka está en Pirot. Este apartamento dispone de terraza, además de wifi gratis. Great stay! The host was super nice and helpful. Everything was clean, well set up and equipped, and the location was perfect, close to the city center. We'd love to stay here again next time we're in Pirot! :)

The apartment is beautifully arranged, very clean, and has everything you need, from kitchen essentials to comfortable furniture. The location is amazing — it's right on the promenade, perfect for relaxing walks, and close to shops, cafes, and everything important. The host was friendly and helpful, and check-in went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would gladly come back again!

Excellent location, best host, spacious rooms with a lot of light. The apartment had everything a person might need, even a washing mashing! I would be happy if I had my own apartment like this.
