I was charmed by the hotel staff and design. A lovely lady at the reception; I wish I remembered her name. She could speak Spanish. She let me check in earlier to prepare for my meeting. The room was super comfortable and clean. It is a great stay. If you have a layover in Sydney, I recommend Citadines, as this hotel is right by the airport.
