Nirvana Inn is honestly the best place to stay in Paro, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Not only are the rooms beautifully clean, they also have the best views. My father got a room with a balcony and he was in heaven just watching the planes leave Paro whilst drinking coffee on the balcony! Not only that the guide they provided us; his name Sonam, was so intellectually smart on the history of Bhutan, he gave us the best understanding of Bhutan culturally. We honestly recommend him if you want an honest hard working and professional guide who is completely dedicated to his country, Sonam is the guide! We have learnt so much from him, and we will treasure his words forever! Nirvana Inn has the most helpful beautiful staff and that is the reason why it made our stay so special and one we will never ever forget! Thank you to all the staff of Nirvana! We will be back again in the future for sure!!!!

There were many restaurants and souvenir shops nearby. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is clean and service exceptional. You need look no further for a place to stay as this is good value for the money.

The home-made pastries were just delicious, and the service was excellent. The views on the paddy fields and the Paro dzong from both the bedroom and the dining hall were breath-taking. The background music at breakfast soothing and relaxing. This hotel is a very good, reasonably priced choice if you want to be close to Paro town center and are not interested in one of the many deluxe accommodations scattered around the valley in isolated places.

The location is absolutely stunning — perched in a peaceful spot with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, yet only a short walking distance from the city. It strikes a perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. The highlight of my stay was definitely waking up to those majestic mountain views right from my room. The resort also has a beautiful glass bar with huge windows that frame the scenery perfectly. Sitting there with a drink and watching the mountains was a truly unforgettable experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the atmosphere of the resort felt very calm and welcoming. The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. If you're visiting Paro and want a relaxing stay with spectacular mountain views and easy access to the town, Zhideychan Resort is a fantastic choice. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so memorable!

We stayed here the last night of our brief visit in Bhutan in order to be somewhat close to the airport before a very early flight. While at first it may appear a little outside of the city due to being higher up, there is walkable shortcut down to the center. Taxis are plentiful and very affordable. As a landmark you can say in the vicinity of the hospital. You have a vast view of the valley and Rinpung Dzong. We felt very well received by the young and polite team. This was the only room in Bhutan which was warmed up prior to our arrival. Drinking water was plentifully provided. The beds were very comfortable and there is a serene glass-enclosed balcony to take in the view or meditate. Throughout the property there were nods to serenity like a meditation area or a library overlooking the valley. The food is fantastic, very fresh and to a large extend home-grown. Loved the spinach and mushrooms. Though it may not be an obvious choice due to the location being a little out of the center, I highly recommend Dzi Pema for the kind and sincere hospitality.

Το Hotel Khamsum είναι ένα κατάλυμα 3 αστέρων που βρίσκεται στον προορισμό Paro. Nice place on the edge of Paro, but within walking distance to all the souvenir shops. The food served in the restaurant was very nice as well. It is around a 5 min drive to the airport and they provide a packed breakfast if you need to check out early (most flights leave Paro in the morning). Happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Paro.
