Efficient and very quiet A/C / heater. The hot breakfast is a nice bonus. Friendly, very competent staff. For me the location was perfect.

Enjoyed the breakfast that was set out for us, as well as the good coffee. Close to sea walk and downtown. Comfortable bed and great shower. Spent only one night but will be back.
