Hotel staff were extremely helpful after British Airways cancelled our flight at 00:30, after 5 hours delay. We were all starving, tired and disappointed we could not go home, but they dealt with everyone's last minute check-in with a lot of patience and understanding.
Rooms were nice and clean. The lounge was very comfortable and a much better waiting area than a cold airport gate.

The hotel was clean and modern. We used the hotel's shuttle service to and from the airport, which was very convenient. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Guests were offered mulled wine and cake, which was a nice touch. The location was great – we reached Cologne city center in just 35 minutes. The room was warm and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Lovely small quiet hotel.near the airport. They organised a taxi for 5 am for us as we had an early flight. Unfortunately, we didn't have breakfast, but it looked good.

Cosy studio in a brilliant location with easy acces to busses and other transport, short walk to local supermarkets and cafés. Handy if you were flying as it is located near to the airport.
Parking was a great bonus.

It’s a friendly place with nice happy staff It’s clean and comfortable and within easy travelling to Bonn , Cologne and the airport . The choice at breakfast was really good with decent ingredients. Would definitely stay again if the need arises

Small village, one needs a car to get around for food runs as there aren't any major supermarkets or bakeries.
Busy main street close by, but windows are sound-proof. All within the Koenigsforst, a large forest, so air quality is good, and there is plenty of hiking around. Public bus transportation is close, and it is very reliable and runs pretty frequently. A few good restaurants for the weekend city slicker invasions.

A beautiful suburb with friendly and hospitable people. On the few occasions that I lost my way or jumped out of the bus way before reaching my destination, passers-by came in handy, and listened patiently to my inquiries about direction. There is no doubt that the neighborhood is professionally planned and marked, with bus stops within distance of each other. I will miss Troisdorf and definitely visit again whenever there will be another opportunity to do so

The hotel is in a historic building on a hill surrounded by a natural park with walking paths and a children’s playground. You can view the sorrounding city from your hotel windows.
In the local market are many restaurants and many shops to choose from.
If you like space, this is the place to be.
Perfect for a personal or group retreat, prayer retreat or just a get-away.
The train station is 14 minutes walking slowly. To reach the hotel with luggage is a challenge and it’s better to arrive by car.
The building is expansive and you must enjoy making steps!! It is accessible to people with mobility challenges👍🏿

Very cute simple town with everything you need.
Very cute simple town with everything you need. Very close to cologne and a direct train that only takes 37minutes into down town. It ran every 30min on the Sunday we were there. Very walkable and friendly. Great views of the river and countryside.

A very modern city yet steeped in local tradition. Very touristy, but with immensely valuable attractions and convenient services that are easy to use, even for foreigners. Connected everywhere by frequent trams, trains, and buses. Moderate prices and very helpful staff at local attractions, restaurants, and bars. Kölsch beer.

Ok for a short stop off for a long journey. No evening restaurant so had to order Pizza takeaway. reception have a list of places to eat locally but how to get there is a different matter. Also it is hard to tell how good they are.

It was clean, comfortable and an interesting building. I slept well there having driven over 400 miles from Linz. The breakfast was outstanding. I was slightly confused by the key entry but soon sorted it out. Having a lift was helpful. The food in the service area where we had to eat was good and reasonably priced. And the staff there were jolly and helpful, especially when I asked for my bratwurst to be heated in the microwave!

Gorgeous city.
Gorgeous city. We mostly came for the architectural sights of the incredible Romanesque churches, including the Dom Cathedral. It's not much a place for meandering through cute streets, as there's a lot of brutalism and new buildings interspersed along the gorgeous churches, but the churches are very very VERY much worth it.
There's quite a few of them. I'd love to return sometime to visit some more.
There's also plenty of good eats around, so inbetween gazing at gorgeous flying buttresses and stonework, we spent a good amount of time drinking tasty beers while hiding from the rain under awnings of heated café terraces, very cozy.
Very walkable city. We loved the Golden Kammer at the St Ursula's.
