Katrin is such a good hostess! She met me in person and showed me the apartment. The location is PERFECT! Tram stop (#4) is steps away, and there are two shopping malls nearby (T1 is on the other side of the road, and Ulemiste (the largest mall in the city) is 5 minutes by foot (there is also a train station there which will take you to Balti Jaam). The apartment is very clean and has everything in it. The kitchen is perfect (there is a big refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes and cooking utilities). The apartment is located on the first floor, so it's not a problem if you have some heavy luggage with you. The neighborhood was quiet (I never heard any noise neither from the street nor from the neighbours). The price was more than reasonable. The airport is very close: just a few minutes by taxi. I had a very early flight, so it was a big bonus to be able to sleep a couple of hours longer.
