It was super clean and spacious. Close to cafes and restaurants. Very quiet. If you open the window, you hear planes come and go, but if you keep it closed you don’t hear a thing.

Holiday Inn Express - Nice - Grand Arenas offers accommodation with a bar and private parking. We were unexpectedly upgraded to the Crowne Plaza hotel next door — a very pleasant surprise. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the bed was incredibly cozy, and the breakfast was excellent. We also appreciated how close it was to the airport, yet thanks to an efficient noise barrier, it was perfectly quiet throughout our stay. The train station was conveniently located right next to the hotel, which made getting around very easy. On days when the train was delayed — sometimes quite significantly — the nearby bus service turned out to be just as convenient and reliable.

Very quiet hotel, lots of amenities, nice terrace to spend mornings or evenings. Room was spacious enough for our stay, clean and comfortable. Hotel is just 5 minutes from the train station or Parc Phoenix, so very easy access to different destinations. Staff was helpful and ready to help.

Did not expect such big rooms with all the comfort inside. The location is also very nice. Beach is at walking distance and tram station is just 50 meters ahead which goes to the center of Nice and Nice old town
