Very friendly staff at the front desk. There is free water in the lobby. The gentleman at the reception gave us a very friendly welcome. As an early Christmas present, we received a breakfast free of charge with our booking. Unfortunately our departure day was very early and we were not able to take advantage of the breakfast. We therefore got a cocktail at the bar on the house. The rooms are very quiet and perfectly equipped. The hotel looks quite new and you feel comfortable and can relax well. The roof terrace with the pool has a great view of the airport and the sea. A dream for every aircraft spotters.

Location is absolutely fine - very close to the airport and also to the train station. 20 min walking to the kids playground and more 10 min - beach. The beds and pillows are the best, like it has to be. Breakfast is totally fine, with fresh orange juice 👌just for 22 euros. Gym is extremely small though , just a small room - not really for exercise :)

Well located in the Arenas district of Nice, OKKO Hotels Nice Aéroport is located 5.3 km from Russian Orthodox Cathedral, 5.9 km from Allianz Riviera Stadium and 6 km from Nice-Ville Train Station. We were delayed overnight in Nice by a flight that had an emergency landing, and Okko was open after midnight in the off-season. Clean, comfortable, modern. The upstairs area with snacks is nice, and staff were kind enough to let us stay there for a good bit of time after check-out while we sorted some things out.

For us was a great and very pleasant experience. This is about confort, classy and elegance. Close to the airport, with a big private confortable parking. Tram station in front of the hotel with direct acces to the center and the beach, line 2. Also close to the station 5 minutes walk for taking train to Cannes and Monaco. Great swimming pool. Friendly staff. Nice relaxing lobby. The rooms are as it called a suit. With living room and rest zone. With a little kitchen well fitted with everything microwave fridge expresso filter etc.A nice table to have lunch in for. Very confortable also vey modern, clean and new. Strong wifi signal. Breakfast for absolutelly all tastes with high quality products. Imposible to find something wrong about this hotel.
