We stayed in the hotel for 4 days for the exhibition which took place in the Park Expo nearby, therefor the location was perfect for our purposes. The hotel is clean and cozy and there is a restaurant right by. But the best part is the staff - very attentive, friendly and welcoming, always there to help you, they really make the stay as comfortable as it can be!

The staff were so friendly and accommodating, even permitting us a very late check in due to ferry times.
We had interconnecting rooms which were both clean and of fantastic quality. The parking was secure (and free). Hotel was easy to find and with a good restaurant within walking distance. The hotel pool was just perfect for the kids to have a splash about, with a well stocked bar for us parents. The massage seats in reception were also a massive hit.
All in all we felt this hotel is more deserving of 4 stars and will definitely recommend.

The environment was cool. I took a walk on Friday at midnight all the way to St. Jaques Gaite from the hotel. The place is quiet and good for thinking. The staff will answer your questions promptly and give very good suggestions as well. There is the Maltiere bus stop right in front of the hotel, so you can take the C6 Aeroport/St. Jacques de la Lande bus direct from Gares Rennes and land right in front of the hotel, then walk about 10 steps to the door. Highly efficient for first-time travellers to Rennes.
Free drinking water, consistent running water (hot/cold) with good temperature controlled rooms. I wanted to stay in all day too. If I visit Rennes or any other place with a Campanile hotel, I think I'll use the same hotel if the service is this way everywhere. Thank you

Exceptional, very handy location to main through route, yet Exceptionally quiet in room. Very clean modern facilities in an old building. Good secure off road biking for my motorbike. Self service breakfast with some delicious freshly made crepes and brioche. Nice, quiet self contained and very comfy bed to recover from a days riding before the final hop to the ferry at St Malo. Lovely host who spoke excellent English to make up for my very limited French vocabulary. Would definitely stay there again. merci beaucoup pour votre hospitalité

Renees is an industrial city and not somewhere I'd stay for a holiday. Made worse as demonstrations were on whilst we were there and it didn't feel particularly safe. Good location to return to Paris by TGV after looking around Normandy and Mont Saint Michel.

Great upmarket small town on the very edge of Rennes. Suggest visitors drive from junction 4 to 5 and use the park and ride next to the metro terminus. Free parking as long as you have used a one euro 70 cents ticket within an hour of exiting the parking lot.
Parking in Rennes is expensive

Great spot to stay if you want to drive to Saint Malo or Mont Saint Michel, very nice town, bubbly student life and little spots to drink or eat. One day is enough but a great spot to move around if you rent a car. It's very close if you take a train from Paris.

One of the least interesting places in France in my opinion.
One of the least interesting places in France in my opinion. Only worth staying for a day or two tops. The Saturday farmers market was amazing and so too Parc de Thabor! The Sunday flea market was not worth getting up for.
