Excellent room service. Phenomenal Italian lady behind the Reception desk who was so helpful and kind. I travelled as a lady alone and felt safe at the hotel.

Situated at Birmingham International Airport, this modern Ibis Hotel is just 300 metres from the airport terminals. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, and a bar open from 11:00 am to 1:00 am. Only stayed here for one night. The staff at the reception and the bar were very friendly. Dinner served in the evening was great. Lots of options to choose from at breakfast. The rooms were cozy, clean and the beds were comfortable.
