Honestly, the place feels like a premium hotel. The hotel is just fantastic, modern and clean. The room was super clean, modern, and comfortable. It's a perfect location for catching early flights from Birmingham airport, as it's only a 10-minute walk away.

Nigel was very welcoming and gave us a lot of helpful inside tips on navigating the way to the NEC for our conference. We saved a lot of money on parking because the Tri-star is right next to the bus-stop which takes 2 stops to get to the NEC for the conference. The bus also takes VISA which makes it super-easy to go to the convention centre and back to Tri-Star. They provide a full English breakfast, toast or eggs done in different ways as part of our stay and the beds were very comfortable. They had a nice pool table (which we didn't use unfortunately) and there were plenty of places to sit to lounge around and dining areas for guest. They also had a nice little bar but we were a bit too caught up to use it!
