The hotel is located very close to the terminal. The site is lovely. The room was very neat and spacious with a working station. The bathroom was large enough with all toiletries. the decoration of the room calls for rest. I was positively surprised by the style. The bedding was so comfy. We like the location since it is very near Heathrow airport. There’s even a hotel shuttle (with minimal charge) that brings you to and from the airport.
The hotel staff were exceptionally hospitable. Dominic and Girlie accommodated our luggage in the stock room for a few days since we are going first to Copenhagen and will be back in London to stay in Holiday Inn hotel again.

This is a great location for a solo traveller getting away...
This is a great location for a solo traveller getting away for business. You'll have lots of greenery around if you want to go on a walk. And a nice private flat if you just want to stay indoors and work.
The one caveat is that it's very near Heathrow airport, so you will hear planes flying overhead occasionally. It wasn't a major inconvenience, though - I eventually got used to it.

It is a good location, close to Heathrow and public transportation to get into the city of London. From the busses to the tube travelling to/from the city center was easy and smooth. It did take some time, but it was worth it when it came to flying day. Where we stayed allowed for walking to anything necessary (i.e. coffee shop, restaurant, grocery). It was a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the rest of our trip.

The only issue is position, close to Heathrow. One must be prepared to wake up at 6 am, but the whole night before is very quiet.

To be honest, we didn’t come across anything in Hayes that we were particularly interested in visiting. It mainly served as a base for getting into central London or heading to the airport. We didn’t eat out in Hayes — nothing really appealed to us, so we opted to wait until we were elsewhere. There are plenty of frequent bus routes, and the train station connects easily to central London and Heathrow. There weren’t any standout activities for couples. In our case, the highlight was catching the train out to explore other parts of London.

Apartment was a long way from airport and is mis described in its description. i have to pay £60 in total for taxi to and from terminal 3. the front door had been smashed off of the hinges and there was drug taking paraphernalia strewn across the car park. verry grim and grotty. it felt unsafe i would not recomend.
