10 minutes walk from the airport presents a perfect place for a sleepover after a flight. The apartment itself is access via a lockbox, so you can arrive anytime. The house itself is modernly equipped, spotless and overall beautiful. Small backyard was also appreciated.

We loved the fact that although the house was old, the room and bathroom etc were scrupulously clean. Tom was a super host, friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for us to visit the boyhood homes of the Beatles. We had a fantastic stay.

    Hale is a pleasant village offering history, amenities and nature. Good location for visiting the area of merseyside etc. Could happily enjoyed the area for a longer period, only deciding to leave early due to the my accomodation at the Goldmine rooms.

    Its attraction is its convenience to the airport and its parking facilities, being part of the multistorey carpark block. I travelled into Liverpool and back on the bus from the airport entrance and had a lovely evening. I also saved at least £40 on Uber fares by using public transport. So, that money was then spent on food and drinks in Mathew Street and The Cavern! Happy days!!

    We stayed over on the way back from the Lake District so we could spend a day at Chester zoo. We did go to a local Morrisons for breakfast before going the Zoo and we was also able to get food delivered to the bed and breakfast via just eat.

    Speke is a delightful neighborhood, easily accessible to the city and Liverpool docks by city bus. Tickets for the bus can be a single trip or a day pass. People in Speke are friendly! This is what I consider “real life” not a tourist area. I would stay again without hesitation.

    Beautiful Village with thatched cottages with a folk story of a giant having lived there, he is buried in the local church yard, well worth a visit. The local pub does affordable and delicious food. Excellent bus service that takes you to the Albert docks and all the attractions including the Beatles experience and Ferry's.
