Necesita una rehabilitación integral. Las zonas comunes están mal y sucias. La habitación que nos dieron parecía reformada hacia pocos años y estaba muy bien , salvo por el color rosa chicle, aunque eso va a gustos. Creo q solo nuestra habitación y otra estaban bien conservadas pero otras que vimos estaban mal conservadas

Situated in Nizhnyaya Alekseyevka in the Kvemo Kartly Region, a 25-minute drive from Tbilisi city centre, Marcos Hotel features a plunge pool, sauna and views of the garden. We really liked that it is located so closed to the airport. Clean and space room with an enjoyable terrasse. We liked that we had warm water in the shower which is not that easy in Georgia. The hospitality and welcoming of the whole team were amazing. Thank you Aaron for your help with our delayed bike bag, speaking for us to the airport since they didn’t speak so well English. Thank you for driving us back and fourth to the airport. Moreover, we could let our bike bag in storage at the hotel during our 2 weeks bike travel. Incredible kindness.

Amiran’s Lake isn’t really a hotel — and that’s probably what makes it so good. It’s more like staying at someone’s (massive) countryside home, the kind that started as a dream and ended up becoming this proper little world of its own. Two lakes, fountains, multiple terraces, home-cooked meals, and a kind of Georgian hospitality that’s as real as it gets — warm, generous, but never in your face. You feel like a guest, not a customer. They cook for you, drink wine with you if you feel like chatting, leave you alone if you don’t. Amiran will even drive you around at Bolt prices, just because. It’s all just… honest. No slick hotel polish, no pretence. I’ve worked in hospitality (about 10years) and travelled a lot. I’ve seen the polished chains, the boutique pretenders, the overpriced “authentic” experiences. This place? It’s the real thing. Easily one of the best stays I’ve ever had — and that’s not something I say lightly.

I stayed here for 4 weeks. This apartment is superb. A spacious 1 BR unit featuring very modern stylish interior design, clean, well-maintained, nicely-equipped. Wifi was extremely fast. I did not encounter any water outage and only 1 short power outage in 4 weeks. This unit is totally suitable for people working from home, e.g. digital nomads… The location is a residential neighbourhood with lots of shops in walking distance. It is a little bit far from the old town or city centre, but what you save on rent outweighs what you’ll spend on Bolt rides. If you wish to use public transport, the bus 305 takes you to Samgori metro station or Avlabari metro station. Oh btw, the location is very close to the airport – ideal for frequent fliers. The hostess is very courteous and helpful. Note: The elevator costs 5 tetri to go up, 5 tetri to go down.
