A very nice wooden home next to Ioannina centre. There is parking in the property and the location is excellent to both visit Ioannina proper or go on a drive to Zagoria and the mountains. It's fully equipped in case you need to cook, the temperature was great thanks to the AC and fireplace combo.

Sit at lakeside cafe/restaurant or explore the myriad of options. We didn’t get to the caves but suggest this is a must visit if you have a car.

Pedini is a small little village, just a 10min drive outside Ioannina, and that’s exactly why it’s perfect!
You may be missing on the short walks within the old town, but you have your privacy, a great view of the lake and no parking problem, as you would potentially face within the city.
