Location and Transport
Rhodes International Airport is located on the west side of the island, around 9 miles (14 kilometres) from the city centre. A public bus route runs between the airport and the city, and journeys take around 35 minutes. A 24/7 metered taxi service runs from outside the main terminal building, and a typical journey takes between 20 and 30 minutes.

There are two hotels located within 2 miles (3 kilometres) of the airport, and several others in the nearby village of Kremasti. Airport facilities include a bar and restaurant, luggage lockers and duty-free shops.
