I stayed 2 weeks for work. I only had the housekeeping clean a couple times, but they did an excellent job when they did. I love the bathtub and the toilet🙂 The staff were all so friendly! I have no complaints. The pill was very nice too

Our stay here is like spending our time in our house.

From the living room,all all parts of the house is so clean and well arranged, we are 7 people and stayed for 6 days and 5 days
We really have a nice time cooking our foods instead of eating outside, because its just a walks away to buy all the foods we want to cook is near in Swan.
And everyday we spend our time going to shop and its so easy going around because it really near in Swan Boutique.
And by next year we will choose to stay here again.

Loved the Tumon Market! Great People, shopping is amazing! Beaches are all stunning! Ban Thai was amazing and the Chamorro Village night market is a must! We absolutely loved faith and fellowship with Bethel Baptist Church!

I love the fact that attractions are nearby.
I love the fact that attractions are nearby. Walking is unsafe due to lack of sidewalks. Using transportation adds to the traffic. Beware of construction and typically rush hours. Guam being a small beautiful island is still not immune. Tamuning has the characteristics of a city island style. My advice is to drive in Tamuning and walk on the beaches and sidewalks in Tumon. That’s Guam in the city.

There is an abundance of food, shopping, entertainment (family/night life/adult), and beaches to choose from. I stayed for 2.5 days and would have been perfect if I stayed for 4 days minimum. They have an Uber-like ride share available (Stroll app) too.

The hotel has the best location, where it is surrounded by lots of restaurants,stores, and beaches that are walking distance. Additionally, they have airport shuttle and taxis available at all time around the island even to the malls and several tourist sites.
