We had a lovely room with a view of the airport. The bed was super comfortable, there was a big tv with lots of channels, which was great as we both were feeling unwell. Good shower too. The airport is a stroll away. Downstairs there is a restaurant where we had a fresh tasting asian style tofu soup. Just what the dokter ordered.

Peaceful, close to the airport, easy to find.
The owner is very kind. We were pleasantly surprised to find not only chocolate and coffee in the room, but also a small bottle of lemon juice. It’s clean and comfortable. There is a parking spot and a gate with a sensor for added security. Good stop if you need to sleep over for a flight. Worth the money.

Its exactly what you need for a night before an early flight all the other reviews here are from entitled folks expecting 5 star hotel for 40 euro a night. Has everything you need and a cheap airport shuttle. Great staff and perfect for what it is.

Veces is an hour away from Budapest by public transport by bus and metro, but it is very good in terms of proximity to the airport. Nearby there is a central market with various shops and a Tesco, about 25 minutes on foot.

We were just passing by before heading to the airport and because many of the hotels were fully booked because of the New Year celebrations, we chose to stay here before heading to the airport in the morning. This was perfect place to stay within some 15 minutes driving distance to the airport rental car returns.

The Corinthian Hotel was central to many museums and a good selection of restaurants.
For the over 65year old's the trams are free.
Starbuck was closed by for that quick coffee.
The Christmas markets weren't up to the standard they were 3 years ago.
Many more eating stalls and less stalls to purchase goods.
Also there was nothing different from 3 years ago and much more expensive.

Rarely any true restaurant in Taksony (other than fast food) was open during late hours so we couldn't find a place to eat. And when we found one (Roro Falatozo) they didn't speek English. But the food was good.

There is nothing to do, I just booked this place because was not getting any other accommodation in nearby Budapest due to the festival season, all the accommodations were fully booked at that time in Budapest or surroundings.

Its a nice quite place.
Its a nice quite place. Little bit away from the bus connections that's good if you want peace and quite. Good to spent night to catch a flight next day. It will be great if a shuttle service available to and from airport. Taxi normally cost 10 Euros each way.
For amenities there is a small shop nearby and you can get to LIDL, Tesco etc. by 15mins walk. There was a local bakery on the main road which has bake fresh breads and coffee.

An incredibly beautiful and historic city. The amount of old architecture still standing throughout is stunning and captivating. It also felt very safe and settled for such a big city, while still buzzing with life and movement. Lots of culture and heart in the Hungarians. Would come again in a heartbeat.

A big shopping mall is walkable from the hotel if you need to buy anything. It's a cinch for anyone who travels by air and has to walk all those concourses and gates. The hotel restaurant menu is quite good. The Superfood Salad is amazing. The airport shuttle is so convenient and quick.

Beautiful city and perfect for runners! As someone who runs myself and is marathon training, I loved how running-friendly the city was! Hit up Margaret island if you’re like me, there’s a 5.3km running loop on the island and it’s stunning!
I also loved the river boat cruise, there’s thermal baths was good for relaxing and the food at Pink Pistachio was excellent!
