The management is very helpful. Akhlesh and his team were always there to help. They offered free pickup from the Airport, free meals during our stay and no charge for the cab.

Your Hotel is on Service Road and the road is under repair, so reaching you hotel is currently circuitous. Otherwise location is good and your Signage is visible from far. Breakfast service needs to improved. When all your tables are occupied, the order takes long time in coming. Otherwise food is good. Just speed it up.

Cleanliness was seriously lacking. Roads have been widened. Public and private transport are almost ok but may be a warm and welcoming heart was missing. I personally felt that the city is yet tocome up to match the high expectations of the pilgrims and tourists.
