The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. But what truly made my experience special was the reception staff. A huge thank you to Gorge and Nicklas, who were incredibly helpful and always greeted me with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome and satisfied throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back the next time I’m in Erbil!

The location was perfect, just a short walk from [attraction] and close to many great restaurants. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the [view]. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially [Ms.Mariam] at the front desk. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of options. The pool area was also a highlight. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Erbil.
