We needed to get to airport at 5am (no buses or taxi operate at that time that’s why we booked this place), this property is about 10–15 mins walk from airport. It does take awhile to find, would advise contacting the property 1 day before to receive necessary information before arrival. Simple studio with a kitchen that allowed us to cook at night! Massive super market nearby and we were able to cook with fresh ingredients. We had some issues with credit card payment on booking.com. Somehow the payment needed to split into 3, thanks to agent being patient and we figured out the payment in the end. Appreciate

The host was really nice and really helpful all the time. They left us some food before entering the room which was really nice after a long flight. It’s right next to the airport, which is convenient. There was no noise disturbance at all, and the area was really quiet. There are 2 stores, lidl and EuroSpin right next to the place.

Located near the airport, within walking distance. The road is mostly paved, but there is a portion of dirt road which is not lit at night, but it’s ok. Instructions for checkin were very easy to understand and well given. Giovanni was very friendly and helped us at checkout with our car rental.

Wonderful person to meet and to do business with) Security: 10/10 (very decent area, safer than downtown Olbia, enclosed gate + 2 doors to the house, first floor up a flight of stairs) My wife is Italian and I've been renting Italian apartments/B&B's for over 10 years throughout the country. This has been the easiest and most pleasant stay I've ever experienced. I've never left a 10 rating until now. If you're going to Olbia and need a place near the airport, look no further. Simple as that.
