I stayed in a twin room, and it was very spacious for a Japanese hotel. There was a desk, a couple comfortable chairs and table, and a large bath and shower. The staff was helpful and friendly, and complementary sake is offered upon arrival in the lobby.

The staff weere very friendly and sensible. I told them that I was celebrating my partner's birthday on that day beforehand, and they generously upgraded our room that had a lovely view of Kobe Harbour. All the facilities were clean and modern. The location was perfect too.
