A huge apartment, extremly clean (and I mean it), with everything working perfectly. Close to the airport too. Very quiet rooms, Lidl nearby, buses to any destination (Valletta, Gozo, etc) nearby too. We were very happy with our stay here! The apartment is so big that you can do sport simply by going from the sleeping rooms to the kitchen :) We already regret leaving it!

The location was perfect for a stay in this part of Malta. Getting there at night from the Airport on foot in thirty minutes. Do not worry if on Google maps you see photos of construction sites - those are outdated photos! It is all built and paved now, nice to walk on (July 2025). Facilities and cleanliness were spot on.

So don’t worry about it. very close to airport but also to other locations. Right in the hub ! Church bell wasn’t loud and didn’t disturb my sleep!

Si vas de vacaciones no es un sitio bonito, mas bien des cuidado, lejos de todo, aunque bien por los autobúses. Si vas como estudiante, es la zona mas barata para alquilar habitacion. Si vas es grupo mejor, el ambiente no es para pasear sola.

Birgu es una de las 3 ciudades frente a La Valetta.
Birgu es una de las 3 ciudades frente a La Valetta. Está muy bien comunicada por ferry y autobús. De día hay movimiento de visitantes y al atardecer queda muy tranquilo, al menos en Abril que es cuando fuimos nosotros. Comimos un par de veces en restaurantes del centro de Birgu y muy buenos, además de comprar en las tiendas y el pan en una furgoneta.

Está a 15 minutos andando del centro de La Valletta. Y de la estación principal de autobuses, que conecta con toda la isla. Además el waterfront está también a muy poca distancia y desde allí se pueden coger los ferries para la isla de Gozo u otros puntos de la isla
