I stayed one night at Hulhule Island Hotel in Malé after my speedboat transfer to Dhighura was cancelled due to rough seas, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the night. Yes, it’s on the expensive side, but the location and facilities are excellent — perfect for a short stay near the airport. I even had the chance to enjoy a quick snorkel right there, which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was outstanding, and I want to especially thank the kind egg chef who noticed I was struggling with an injured hand and helped plate my food — such a thoughtful gesture! The bar staff were also fantastic, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommended even if it’s a bit pricey — the service and comfort make it well worth it.

The free airport pick-up and drop-off service made our arrival and departure completely stress-free, which we really appreciated. On our departure day, our flight was very early in the morning, and they kindly prepared breakfast for us to take along — such a thoughtful gesture. The hospitality was exceptional throughout our stay. The staff were always cheerful, welcoming, and genuinely caring, making us feel comfortable from the first moment. Their kindness and positive energy truly made our experience even more special. Highly recommended!
