Airport and immigration difficulties made us have to cancel our original booking, but the staff helped us accommodate in another room. They also guaranteed me there would be no cancelation fee, and gave us another room for the night at a discount. This really saved the night for my family and I.

The staff is very nice. They helped me to cash out so I can eat in one of the many restaurants around. It's also possible to extend the stay for 10 myr an hour. The shower was amazing. This place is meant for sleeping resting, not hanging out, therefore there is no common area. But if you need to have a good rest between or before the flight, it's perfect. The pods offer the best sleep possible. Also, the KL is 2 hours away from the airport, which is too far for a few hours rest. So this hostel is in a really good location.

Perfect location at KLIA2 terminal, easy to find, cozy room. My connection flight was 14 hour away - couldn’t find much better way to recharge and rest. Extra kind size bed was so comfy.
