The staff directed us to an amazing hiking trail where we saw rhino and then we came back and relaxed at the pool surrounded by warthogs! :)

So quiet and peaceful, beautiful location and surroundings. Very nice hosts, great food. The Airport is only 10 minutes away, but it feels so remote, you will totally forget about that fact. The hut that I stayed in was spacious, clean and tastefully arranged, with everything you need - water, tee, coffee, ... Sitting on the terrace and watching the sunset and the animals (Kudus) just a few meters away was magical.

Three big bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, plus an upstairs with a big table and a patio where we could watch birds and the occasional mammal. The food was great, huge portions or big buffet. It’s on a part of the game reserve with no dangerous animals so you can walk around safely. We saw ostriches, antelopes, hyrax and hare while walking or looking out our window. It’s part of a nonprofit that’s working to preserve and protect animals while working with the local community. We did the “Behind the scenes tour” which was really interesting and fun, loved the baboon walk! Really glad we stayed here!

The food wasabsolutely delicious, the humour great, the discussions were interesting to get a flavor of Namibia. Conveniently located close to the airport, the large studio with several beds has its own kitchen, coffee machine, shower and a view to die for. What else to ask for, after a late flight into Windhoek! Chris picked me up at the airport after driving himself for an entire day, and it all felt like being taken care of by your own family. Fabulous experience, I recommend to all airport-goers!
